Peter Leffkowitz: People Whisperer
More than 1,000 executives pass through his ranch's iron gates each year to learn how to better select and manage their staff. Training people is his business, training horses his passion.
Mule-skinner
Peter knows mules and the advantages they have over horses for certain riders. He's steadfast, yet gentle in getting what he wants from a mule. Stubborn mules are transformed into mules with riding discipline.
Gaited horseman
Peter understands which Walker, Foxtrotter or Spotted Saddle Horse owns the gait. Horses that need to be set in the gait are not part of the program.
Pain
Entering his mid-life, Peter now understands the pain of shoulder surgery, replaced knees and bulging discs. He still rides and trains daily... only now, he steers away from Quarter horses and trains docile, no surprises gaited horses. He's changed his mount, not his lifestyle. |

Cindy Leffkowitz: Director of Comfort
As the director of comfort, she can compete with Martha any day. Cindy makes everyone who comes to the ranch feel like part of the family. Her primary function is hospitality, but she also helps manage the business end of things. Each year she drums up down home, authentic cookin' for thousands of executives, friends and family, including her signature BBQ sauce. |
Issac Leffkowitz: Horse Whisperer
He lives and breathes horses. A sincere teenager with a whimsical smile, Issac started buying, breaking and selling ponies for trail and jumping events during his adolescence. He plays a major role in training and exercising all stock for sale. He's an avid pole bender, barrel racer, show jumper and fox hunter. |

Taylor Leffkowitz: Visual Magician
High tech rather than horse country. When out on a trail ride, he likes to stop to capture the calming sunsets and brilliant pastures on film and turn it into a media production. This is as important to our success as he is able to capture the visual magic of the ranch, so you get it! He can barrel race and play Game Boy at the same time. Entering college shortly, his path appears to be photo journalism.

Robbin Rattclife
A lifetime friend of Cindy's, Robbin is a country girl who tried out corporate America but was destined to return to her roots. Her background is in real estate managing large apartment complexes and a specialty law firm. Now back home in the country, she handles the administrative operations of the ranch and other Leffkowitz companies, including Morgan Consulting Group. An avid trail rider since childhood, Robbin chose to ride her horse to school because her bike was too noisy. |

Bo Doshie
Just call him "Mr. Everything." Bo is our ranch foreman -- handling the oversight and management of construction, materials and supplies, livestock transportation and pasture maintenance. Keeping it all in the family, Bo is married to Cindy's sister. Self sufficient is an understatement. Bo claims the only thing he needs from a store is sugar and flour! |
